Salty Pepper Peanut
1. 1 C peanut
2. 1/2 t salt
3. 1/2 t sugar
4. a pinch of white pepper or black pepper
1. Place the peanut in a colander, and rinse the peanut on the tape water. Transfer the peanut to a container. Add all remaining ingredients to the container, and mix everything well with peanut. Set the container aside for few minutes.
2. Mix the peanut again. Place the peanut to a 6-inch plate, microwave for two minutes, and turn over the peanut, and continue to microwave for another two minutes. Take the plate out, and set the plate aside for few minutes. The peanut is ready for eating when it is at room temperature, and it should be crunch.
