May was born and raised in China. She has lived in United States for over 22 years. She shares her love and knowledge of Chinese cooking through cooking classes, and her website. May cooks authentic, healthy, tasty and delicious Chinese food. Her recipes are easy and simple. May has been taught Chinese cooking for many years for college, community college, recreational departments, and private lessons. She also devotes time to catering Chinese food. May loves gardening; she grows many of vegetables used in her Chinese cooking which ensures freshness in her cooking. May’s another hobby is gardening for flowers.
